The mental monologue

Have you noticed how quickly our inner thoughts take a turn to a negative path, take control of our mind and behavior? The mental monologue can become angry, shaming, and hopeless to ourselves. It is similar to having someone with this direct dialogue with us. 

We become angry, shameful and hopeless with ourselves. It is truly essential to put a stop to this self-blaming. A voice inside should be uttered in response that this talking back isn't helpful and can not be allowed to dominate our thoughts in such a negative manner. With this conscience attitude, one can master the power of inner narratives.
