How do we maintain a close family ties in the modern times that values individual development? The openness of the modern society makes people think that to be happy they must look outside of their family setting and deeply into oneself. The new expression “society of one” is the result and the new norm of self identity used actually in many societies. It means my way, my values.

Is this the way to confront our childhood demons? Maybe. Leaving the past behind might be the right way forward and it could lead to a tremendous healing no matter how hurt or were hurt. That's something I wish for everyone. It is a new belief towards my power, courage and worthiness.
