Do you know how to practice self-compassion? Do you know how to calm your inner criticizing voice?
Put your hand over your heart and repeat to yourself:
"Although I am struggling right now, although I am in pain, although I am angry and feeling excluded, I am going to be gentle and flexible with myself. I decide to be kind to myself and I will specially take a break from problem-solving just for a moment."
