My Journey

30/07/2023

From the start of our journey at the Association, I have shared experiences via publications of blogs in the hopes of helping others navigate uncharted waters of emotional difficulties or needs. I always knew that whatever I learned or personally experienced could be valuable somehow at one point. Being exposed to a different land and culture I chose to live and to adapt gave an extra vantage and opportunity to learn, observe, and relate deeper. Yet I knew I had to acquired many more survival tools. I used not to know what to do with conflicting wants and needs, but soon I had to live within this complexity. But perhaps learning to be resilient was the most important one. I keep repeating to myself: I am resilient. I don't panic when things go wrong.
