Relationships help you to become who you are. In another words your partner helps you see who you really are. We can be made strong and fulfilled or we can be broken into shattered pieces of hurt or insecurity. The later is a serious dangerous game of negative wave of emotions very often transmitted and shared to others. Short from a radical life changing decision, documenting or writing ones feelings can provide the opportunity to identify what beliefs and emotions are irrational, challenging those believes and then write out more realistic, helpful beliefs.
