Fight Loneliness

One of recurrent subject of discussion is the painful dealing with loneliness.There's a belief of guilt and shame that accompanies loneliness. Yet we all feel lonely at times, and there's no shame in that. But we do deserve to feel better, to feel connected, cared for, and loved. Reaching out to others feels like the hardest effort in the world when you are in a lonely state. But you may be for a surprise how receptive people are if you tell them honestly, "I am feeling lonely. Let's go for coffee". Expressing your truth is one of the best ways to reignite old connections, or connect deeper with the those already in your life.
