Experiencing Solitude

"I'm surrounded by people, but I feel so lonely." Our current lives seem to be putting us at a higher risk of loneliness. Especially during the pandemic, the isolation perpetuated the feeling even more intense. In general, at some point in our lives, you and I are bound to experience loneliness, and if not addressed properly, often leads to mental and physical illnesses later on in life. One way to truly address loneliness lies in taking the initiative to accompany, support and enable others, persistently, to achieve individual goals. The act of companionship, support and enabling often generates love and inner strength for ourselves in return. And a great antidote to loneliness after all.
