How many of us hide our real emotions when in pain and in distress? How many of us look different from the way we are truly feeling inside? How many of us carry a very heavy burden and yet show a very brave face in public? Do we hide our true emotions with the fear of not being understood or even worse to be ignored? The obvious outcome is nothing more than bottled anger, self-destructive behavior, or even full-blown consequential depression.
The answer is in us. It is how to voice and express ourselves in order to handle best our repressed emotions. It is through knowing ourselves and our natural capacities better, accepting our vitality and even our limitations as we accept life as it is. After all, we are much bigger than we had ever imagined possible.
