Addressing Rage

29/05/2022

Addressing rage and anger is real and very common. We all feel hopeless at times especially when dealing with major health issues. These events particularly have the power to kick us to our knees. The rage is further exasperated from the idea that the people around won't understand one's tough journey. So a small fortress of self is created where it is to burry the anger and smile the way through life hypocritically.

We each learn to voice our anger in a different way but we need to understand what is likely the result of our expression of revolts. Our negative and intense emotions must be addressed as quickly and correctly when the physical healing is taking process.
