A Hero

I've discovered three key insights when dealing with individuals in crisis:

1. Everyone Has a Story: In times of crisis, there's always a narrative waiting to be shared.
2. Approach Matters: People are often willing to open up if approached with empathy and understanding.
3. Not Always Overt: Not everyone experiencing crisis displays overt signs of depression or despair.
